ISBN 978-609-478-051-6Pranė Grinkevičienė's notebook of culinary recipes, together with several other items belonging to the Grinkevičiai family, entered the collections of the Lithuanian National Museum in 2002. The recipes from the interwar period were written in a calendar for working notes from 1936. The notebook contains over 50 recipes for meat and fish dishes and various desserts, most of which are festive and belong to the haute cuisine of the time. The book has been prepared as a publication of a historical source, in accordance with the usual requirements for the publication of sources, and with the aim of preserving the language as authentically as possible. The introductory article by Professor Rimvydas Laužikas gives a detailed overview of the changes in gastronomic culture in Lithuania between the wars.
