This issue of the Ethnography journal is dedicated to getting acquainted with the artist and ceramist Gene Jacėnaitė. It features the artist's memories of the customs and daily life of the Kuršėnai region amidst the events of the 20th century, as well as her own life and creative path. The reminiscences are supplemented by texts about the significance of ethnic culture in life, regional differences, ancient crafts, and contemporary folk art. A collection of tales and legends is also included.
